The Production Manager will oversee all daily operations of the unit. He must develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
Ensure productive & protected operation of plant.
Knowledge necessary to accomplish to accomplish the safety
Responsible for all resources like personnel, equipment’s, raw materials at plant
To work as leader of team, manpower management & to develop team work among the staff.
Keeping records related to raw material, material in process & finished products, prepare MIS report day to day basis.
To complete any other task assigned
Responsible for positive housekeeping.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders as well as work at height, manage confined space entry, withstand extended periods of walking and standing.
