Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and social selling to generate recent business prospects.
Sales Cycle Management: Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to secure sales.
CRM Maintenance: Accurately update customer information and track all interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Account Management: Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to increase revenue and foster long-term loyalty.
