Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer database and call records in Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Prepare easy presentations/reports using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th Pass/ MBA / Graduate preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Basic computer knowledge:Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Internet.
Prior telesales/call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: ₹[Salary] + Incentives
