Supervision and Team Management:
*Directly supervise housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure the team's adherence to established cleaning standards and protocols.
Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to promote a motivated and efficient team.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Ensure that cleaning procedures are followed, and quality standards are maintained.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety procedures and protocols to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working workplace for staff and residents/guests.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and other relevant standards.
