About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Experience Agent to enhance our customer journey by handling client interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about customer service and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all clients
Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions
Maintain and update customer records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Assist in managing feedback and improving customer satisfaction
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
Basic problem-solving ability
Positive attitude and ability to handle customers professionally
Basic MS Office knowledge (CRM is a plus)
Any internship or experience in customer handling is a bonus
