Yashwant Classes, one of Pune’s most trusted and oldest coaching institutes with a legacy of 30 years, is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellorfor its Undri & Balaji Nagar branch.

Responsibilities:
Guide students and parents regarding academic courses and career options.
Handle telephonic inquiries and follow up with potential students.
Maintain and update student records using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other software.
Assist in admission processes and ensure smooth communication with students and parents.
Demonstrate solid leadership skills while working with the team.
Meet admission targets through effective counseling and telecalling.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in counselling or telecalling.
Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is a must.
Education:



Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Technical Skills: Must be proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and relevant software.
Communication: Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Application Process:
Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Available Shifts:
Undri: 11Am to 8PM, 12PM to 9PM, 9AM to 6PM
Balajinagar: 12PM to 9PM
