Responsibilities:
Install and commission ground mounted solar PV systems
Assemble and install mounting structures (fixed tilt/ tracker systems)
Perform site preparation including structure alignment and module mounting
Conduct system testing and basic troubleshooting
Ensure proper earthing and lighting protection setup
Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors for executions.
Skills Required
Robust knowledge of ground mounted solar systems
Understanding of Solar components, read electrical drawings and layouts
Familiarity with tools and testing instruments
Experience in DC/ AC wiring and cable management
willingness to travel to project sites
Physically fit for field work
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
