SENIOR TREATMENT COORDINATOR — DENTAL

Salary: ₹30,000-₹40,000/month fixed + 2% incentive on monthly sales above ₹20L

ABOUT THE ROLE

Dr. Sobti's Dental Care is a leading implant-focused dental practice in Rajouri Garden, West Delhi, with in-house digital dentistry capabilities including CBCT, Intra Oral Scanners, CAD/CAM milling, zirconia fabrication, and advanced implant workflows. We are growing rapidly and looking for a sharp, driven Senior Treatment Coordinator to own the entire patient conversion journey — from first enquiry to confirmed treatment and advance payment.

This is not a receptionist role. You will be the bridge between our clinical team and our patients.

ABOUT THE INCENTIVE

Fixed salary + 2% on all revenue beyond ₹20L/month. A coordinator closing ₹30L/month earns ₹20,000 in incentive on top of fixed pay.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Handle all inbound leads — calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, website enquiries — and qualify them promptly




Guide our in house Graphics Designing team on post and reels to boost presence for increased lead generation
Follow up on all unconverted leads systematically with structured call cadence
Attend or debrief after doctor consultations to understand recommended treatment
Explain treatment plans, material options, timelines, and costs to patients in plain language
Convert consultations into confirmed bookings — collect advance deposits before the patient leaves
Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets; report case acceptance rate weekly
Manage patient objections on cost, fear, or second opinions — without undermining the doctor's recommendation
Maintain all patient records, treatment summaries, and payment history in the practice management system
Coordinate with the clinical team for scheduling, pre-op requirements, and treatment continuity
Ensure every high-ticket consultation ends with a next step booked and an advance coll
