Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborating with business, functional partners and technology leadership in defining features and specifying requirements
Liaising with different teams and stakeholders to ensure technical implementation is in line with business goal
Ensuring high level of performance, availability, sustainability and security of the system
Supporting executing team with resolution for roadblocks and interdependencies
Experience and Skills
Qualification: B.E/ B.S.C/ B.C.A in IT/Computers or related field
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE
Experience working on Java / J2ee based enterprise solutions
Must have experience on Apache SOLR/ Elastic Search
Experience in full-text search, hit highlighting, faceted search, real-time indexing, agile clustering, database integration using Solr or Elastic search engine
Knowledge of Lucene Java search library at its core for full-text indexing and search, and experience on REST-like HTTP/XML and JSON APIs
Proficient with Linux setting
Nice to have experience in NO SQL database
Experience of software engineering process and design patterns with a background of programming and development.
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
