Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions across departments
Use advanced search techniques (Boolean search, filters, etc.) to identify relevant profiles
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Post job openings on various platforms and manage job listings




Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing accuracy, and overall hiring performance

Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Solid organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously

Age: Minimum 35+ years

Location: South / East Delhi preferred

Qualification:Graduate or Post-Graduate in any field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
