Maintenance Planning & Execution
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules:
Ensure timely repair of machinery and equipment
Handle breakdown maintenance efficiently
Team Management
Supervise technicians, electricians, and housekeeping staff
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Train team members on safety and maintenance procedures
Equipment & Facility Management
Maintain plant machinery, utilities, and building infrastructure
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, etc.
Maintain records of equipment history
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
Implement corrective actions for hazards
Inventory & Spare Parts Management
Monitor stock of spare parts and tools
Coordinate with procurement for timely availability
Optimize inventory to reduce downtime
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and checklists
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
