Job Summary:
Responsible for generating and converting residential solar leads through telephonic communication. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining solar energy benefits, sharing proposals, and setting up appointments for field teams. You’ll be the first point of contact in inspiring homeowners to adopt clean energy

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming inquiries.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and Efforts Solar & EV’s residential solutions.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, property details, and budget.
Set up appointments for in office assessments by the field sales team.
Provide initial information on ROI,



savings, and product offerings.
Perform regular follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversions.
Update and manage lead data accurately using CRM software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Support promotional campaigns and events by handling lead follow-ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or Diploma holder in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred)
0.6 to 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service (Solar industry experience preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Positive listener with confidence to handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and CRM tool usage.
Result-oriented and target-driven attitude.
