Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues and provide timely responses to business stakeholders.
Salesforce Administration:
Perform core admin tasks including:
Writing Workflow Rules and Approval Processes
Creating Formula Fields
User/Profile/Roles setup and maintenance
Data migration and data scrubbing
Deployment Activities:




Create and manage build packages using tools like:
Workbench
Eclipse (Force.com IDE)
Build and deploy components such as:
Workflow Rules
Profiles
Custom Objects
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues effectively.
Technical Tools:
Use of Apex Data Loader for data import/export tasks.
Use of Workbench for:
Data operations (Insert, Update, Export)
