Key Responsibilities:1. Medication Management:
Prepare, dispense, and distribute medications in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional guidelines.
Review and interpret physician orders, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications.
Monitor patient medication therapies for efficacy and safety, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
Monitor patient outcomes and adverse drug reactions, reporting and managing any issues that arise
Conduct medication reconciliation upon patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
Provide drug information and education to medical staff, patients, and caregivers.
Manage the hospital’s medication inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and proper storage conditions.




Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medication storage and handling.
Maintain accurate records of medication dispensation and usage.
Participate in hospital accreditation processes and ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
