Job Title: Video Editor (On-Site)

About the Role

Responsibilities:
Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and music.
Create rapid-paced, engaging edits that maximize audience retention.
Color correction, audio balancing, and overall video enhancement.
Collaborate with content creators and the creative team.
Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.
Stay updated with social media trends and editing styles.

Requirements:
1+ years of video editing experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual communication.
Experience editing reels, shorts,



podcasts, interviews, or documentary-style content.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and thumbnail design is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills
Experience with news, current affairs, documentary, or creator-led content.
Knowledge of YouTube audience retention techniques.
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools.
