Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fabrics, designs, or products.
Explain fabric types, uses, quality, and care instructions.
Measure and cut fabric accurately (if required).
Maintain product knowledge of têxtile inventory, promotions, and pricing.
Keep the store tidy, organized, and well-stocked.
Handle customer complaints or direct them to the manager when necessary.
Operate the billing system and handle cash/card transactions.
Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and restocking.
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
