About The Role:
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs and pain points.
Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock ups to communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies and design solutions.
Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and component libraries across platforms.
Test and iterate designs based on feedback, user behaviour, and data insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or related field.
Certification or coursework in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design is a plus.




Internship or project experience in UX/UI design preferred (academic projects also acceptable).

Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and User
Centred Design (UCD).
Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
Familiarity with UI design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
Robust visual design sense - typography, colour, theory, layout, and consistency.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
