Lead Generation & Conversion: Contacting potential customers (outbound) or responding to inquiries (inbound) to pitch products and close sales.
Meeting Targets: Consistently achieving daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and revenue quotas.
Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing clients to encourage repeat business, upselling, or cross-selling.
Administrative Tasks: Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases with accurate records of calls, feedback, and purchase orders.
Issue Resolution: Handling customer grievances and troubleshooting concerns to maintain the company’s reputation.
