Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about company products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM or calling sheets.
Resolve customer queries and objections with clarity and confidence.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for closures and escalations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
