Job Summary:
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day civil construction activities at the site. The role ensures that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil construction works such as excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labor teams, and site engineers for smooth execution of work.
Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
Check workmanship and ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations at the site.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager.
Assist in site measurements, material reconciliation, and basic documentation.
Maintain discipline and productivity of workers at the site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Min 1 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Positive knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
Basic knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.
Robust supervision, communication, and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.
Working Conditions:
Site-based role.
May require extended working hours depending on project requirements.
