The objective of the role:
The Learning Facilitator will be responsible for guiding learners through their academic journey, ensuring they successfully complete course modules and meet academic milestones. This role demands a student-focused approach, emphasizing mentoring, evaluation, and resource development. The facilitator will work closely with learners to address their academic concerns, track progress, and contribute to course resource enhancements.





Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding learners by explaining module structure, timelines, and evaluation processes
Conduct virtual orientation sessions on the student portal and module schedules
Act as the first point of contact for learners for day-to-day academic guidance and support
Monitor learner progress and send timely follow-ups to ensure module completion
Review assessment submissions based on provided academic rubrics and guidelines
Support draft review calls by sharing structured feedback (training and templates provided)
Assist Master’s-level learners with dissertation-related queries under senior academic guidance
Respond to learner academic concerns in a timely and skilled manner
Support the creation, formatting, and updating of assignment briefs and academic resources
Participate in learner engagement activities such as discussion forums, webinars, an
