Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner:
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments:
Register patients and update personal and insurance information:
Schedule appointments and manage patient records:
Handle billing inquiries and collect payments when required:
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies:
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective patient flow:
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus):
Previous experience in a hospital or medical office preferred:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical record systems:
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
Work Setting:
Open to working rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night duty.:
Flexible with rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night).:
Available to work on a rotating schedule that includes morning, evening, and night shifts.
