Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor various plant equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, and filters.
Follow SOPs and batch manufacturing records (BMRs) strictly during operations.
Maintain accurate records of process parameters and deviations.
Ensure cleaning and maintenance of equipment before and after batches.
Monitor critical process parameters and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
Work closely with QA/QC, Maintenance, and EHS departments to ensure smooth operations.
Report any equipment malfunctions or process abnormalities to the shift in-charge immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the plant area as per GMP standards.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Participate in training sessions on EHS, GMP, and process improvements.

Eligibility:
Qualification: ITI-AOCP / M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma (Chemical) / B.E. Chemical
Experience: 2 to 5 years in API Pharmaceutical industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
