Key Responsibilities Test Execution: Execute functional, system, integration, and regression test cases manually to identify bugs. Documentation: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla), including detailed steps for reproduction. Reporting: Prepare test reports summarizing findings and product quality for stakeholders. Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure software quality throughout the SDLC. Validation: Verify fixes to ensure bugs are resolved without creating new issues (retesting).
