Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator who understands visual storytelling, feminine aesthetics, and mínimal luxury. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating intentional, on-brand content rather than high-volume trend content.

You will work closely with the founder to shape how GLT looks and feels online.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation
Create Instagram content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with GLT’s aesthetic
Shoot and/or conceptualise:
Product visuals
Mood & lifestyle content
Behind-the-scenes moments
Assist in content planning for launches and drops

Creative Direction
Translate brand moodboards into consistent visual content
Maintain a soft, premium, feminine tone across all content
Ensure colour, styling, and framing stay on-brand.

Editing & Execution
Basic photo and video editing (Lightroom, CapCut, VN, etc.)




Understand pacing, transitions, and subtle storytelling
Prepare content that’s ready to post (not raw footage)

Collaboration
Coordinate with the founder on ideas and execution
Be open to feedback and iterative improvements
Support creative trials and experimentation when needed

Must-Have
Strong aesthetic sense (this matters more than follower count)
Understanding of Instagram content for fashion brands:
Ability to create calm, clean, feminine visuals:
Consistency and reliability
Comfortable working in an early-stage brand workplace

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
