You’ll be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, explaining services, and building positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with the team to achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:




Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
