Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Production & UGC Intern who will assist in managing content production and user-generated content (UGC) for performance marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on shoots, coordinating content, and bringing creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing content shoots (photo/video):
Coordinate with creators and manage UGC content collection:
Ensure smooth execution of production schedules and timelines:
Help in sourcing props, locations, and shoot requirements
Manage and organize raw content, assets, and deliverables




Work closely with the creative and marketing teams for content requirements
Maintain quality and consistency across all produced content
Support in basic content ideation and trend research

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interest in content creation, shoots, and production:
Valuable organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Basic understanding of social media content formats (Reels, Ads, UGC):
Good communication and team collaboration skills

Good to Have
Prior experience or exposure to UGC or content shoots:
Basic knowledge of video editing or content tools:
Interest in D2C brands, fashion, or lifestyle content:
Creative mindset with attention to detail
