Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Direct daily construction activities, including scheduling workers and managing subcontractors.
Quality & Safety Control: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure work adheres to blueprints, building codes, and quality standards.
Resource Coordination: Monitor material usage, manage inventory, and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
Technical Oversight: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural, mechanical, or electrical plans.
Progress Reporting: Document site activities, prepare daily reports, and communicate project status to project managers.
Problem Resolution: Resolve in office issues, such as delays, material shortages, or safety hazards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a construction supervisor, site foreman, or similar role.
Education:



Typically a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant technical field.
Leadership: Ability to manage, motivate, and direct crew members.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication for coordinating with diverse teams, engineers, and clients.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints and proficiency in, or ability to learn, project management software (e.g., AutoCAD).

Typical Working Conditions
Full time, often requiring long hours.
Work occurs in office in varying, sometimes harsh, weather conditions.
Requires physical presence to conduct site walk-throughs and inspections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
