Job description:
We are seeking a disciplined, high-integrity Ex-Serviceman/Security Officer with min 5Years of Experience to lead our security operations maintaining the safety and decorum of our Feed Processing Unit. He would be responsible for overseeing a team of security guards, managing gate records, and enforcing strict safety protocols across the manufacturing facility and staff quarters.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
Manpower Management: Lead and supervise security guards across 12-hour rotational shifts.
Deployment: Ensure strategic positioning of guards at the Main Gate, Staff Quarters, Canteen area and feed processing areas.
Training: Conduct regular briefings on alertness, emergency response, and qualified conduct.
Registry & Documentation Management
Visitor Management: Maintain a exact 'Visitor Register,' ensuring ID verification and issuance of gate passes.
Logistics Tracking: Record 'Vehicle Inward & Outward' timings, including trip-meter readings and seal checks.
Driver Database:
ID verification of incoming drivers (License details, contact info, and company affiliation).
Material Tracking: Cross-verify physical goods with Delivery Challans (DC), Inward & outward receipts and Invoices.
Workforce Monitoring & Compliance
Attendance Tracking: Monitor and verify the daily attendance of all staff and contractual workers.
Uniform & Mobile Policy: Strictly manage "Uniform" or the "No Mobile" by conducting thorough checks at entry points.
Safety & Industrial Security
Safety Compliance: Ensure all workers enter the processing unit with required PPE (Helmets, masks, safety shoes).
Patrolling: Conduct periodic rounds of the Manufacturing Unit and Staff Quarters to identify safety hazards or security breaches.
Incident Reporting: Maintain a Daily Diary (DD) of all events and report any irregularities immediately to the Plant Manager.
