Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Service Coordinator to manage service operations, ensure timely call closures, coordinate with ASPs, and handle spare dispatch and service reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure installation and repair calls are closed within TAT
Track and reduce pending & cancellation calls
Coordinate spare dispatch and RMA collections
Provide technical support to ASPs
Ensure invoice collection very month
Support factory claims process
Conduct monthly inventory audit
Collect and report service team feedback
Requirements:
Graduate with 2+ years experience in service coordination / after-sales
Robust follow-up and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Positive communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
