We’re looking for a Telecaller who can handle client calls, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound inquiries professionally
Explain project details, pricing & offers
Schedule and confirm site visits
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telecalling / pre-sales experience (real estate preferred)
Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi & English
Confident, polite, and target-oriented
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
