Job Title: Graphic Designer (UGC / Graphics for Performance Marketing Agency)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping brands scale through creative, high-converting ad campaigns. We’re looking for a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team and bring fresh, engaging visuals to our projects.

Role & Responsibilities:
Edit and enhance UGC (User-Generated Content) for ad campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Design marketing assets such as social media creatives, thumbnails, ad layouts, and banners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and conversion-driven creatives.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, platform guidelines, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:




Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
Strong eye for detail, composition, and typography.
Understanding of short-form video editing and social media ad formats.
Experience editing UGC content for ads is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Details:
Part time (flexible schedule, approx. 35 hours per week)
Remote work possible
Competitive hourly rate / project-based pay
