We are looking for a qualified and grounded School Psychologist & Career Counsellor who can do more than just sit with reports. This role is hands-on inside a school ecosystem supporting student well-being, driving career clarity, and delivering structured life skills education through the SkillsForUs curriculum.

Location: Multiple Tier-3 Cities, Uttar Pradesh (Relocation Mandatory)

You’ll work directly with students, teachers, and school leadership to build a mentally healthy, future-ready student community.

Key Responsibilities
Psychological Support & Student Well-being
Conduct classroom sessions for students.
Identify learning difficulties, developmental concerns, and mental health issues; recommend interventions
Maintain confidential student records and psychological reports
Conduct psychometric assessments where required
Run awareness sessions on mental health, emotional regulation, and resilience
Conduct events, podcasts, create newsletters and maintain reports.
Career Counselling & Guidance
Deliver structured career awareness sessions for primary,



middle and senior school students
Use standardized career assessment tools and interpret results
Organize career fairs, expert talks, and parent orientation sessions
Stay updated on higher education trends, entrance exams, and emerging careers
SkillsForUs Curriculum Delivery
Implement the SkillsForUs curriculum through:
Life skills sessions (communication, decision-making, critical thinking, etc.)
Career readiness modules
Experiential and activity-based learning formats
Ensure sessions are interactive, structured, and outcome-driven
Track student progress and submit regular reports
School Ecosystem Collaboration
Work closely with teachers to support classroom behavior strategies and inclusive education practices
Train teachers on basic psychological first aid and student engagement strategies
Engage with parents through workshops and one-on-one interactions
