Job Title : Purchase and Store Incharge

Scope:
To oversee procurement operations, vendor management and store inventory control, ensuring timely availability of materials and productive storage practices to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement process including vendor identification, negotiation and purchase order execution.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier contracts, stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Supervise store operations including receiving, storage and issuance of materials.
Implement inventory control systems to minimize wastage and prevent stock-outs.
Conduct regular audits of store and purchase records for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing.
Coordinate with Project, Quality, Planning and Production department for timely delivery of the products.
Ensure adherence to company policies,



quality standards and safety regulations.
Prepare periodic reports on purchase activities, stock status, and vendor performance.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineer, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Proven experience in procurement and store management.
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
