Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation at all times
Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
Build and maintain robust client relationships to encourage repeat business
Meet or exceed individual sales and service targets
Requirements:
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a salon or beauty setting preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
