Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form and short-form videos for digital platforms.
Add graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
Create high-retention edits optimized for social media.
Perform color correction and audio enhancement.
Work closely with the content team to bring ideas to life.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest content and editing trends.
Requirements:
1+ years of video editing experience (freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and social media content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Basic motion graphics skills are a plus.
Preferred
Experience editing YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, podcasts, interviews, or documentary-style content.
Familiarity with AI-based editing tools and workflows.
Understanding of YouTube audience retention techniques.
