Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
Develop individualized therapy plans based on students’ needs.
Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special educators to support student development.
Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and therapy documentation.
Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.
Recommend strategies and activities to improve communication skills in classroom and home settings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology.
Relevant certification or license preferred.
Experience working with children, especially in school settings, is an advantage.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
