Coordinate effectively with partners, brokers, and insurers to maintain smooth business operations.
Manage end-to-end operations for the commercial insurance business, including renewals and policy issuance.
Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and timely service delivery across all processes.
Build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
