Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records for manufacturing operations
Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Process vendor invoices and oversee accounts payable related to production
Support internal and external audits
Coordinate with production and procurement teams for financial accuracy
Maintain system entries in Energetic Navision 365 Software.
