Identify customer requirements for UPS batteries, inverter batteries, and power backup systems.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM software.
Coordinate with technical, procurement, and logistics teams for order execution.
Support channel partners, dealers, and distributors with product information and pricing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Develop long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills:
Solid communication and negotiation skills.




Knowledge of UPS batteries, VRLA batteries, SMF batteries, tubular batteries, lithium-ion batteries, or power backup products.
Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
