Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to manage on-ground solar installation activities. This role involves site surveys, project execution, quality checks, and coordination to ensure smooth and timely delivery of residential solar projects.
Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Site Management
Conduct site surveys and shadow analysis
Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM) and installation plans
Supervise in office solar installation activities
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Installation & Commissioning
Oversee inverter commissioning and meter installation
Support end-to-end execution of solar projects
Quality & Compliance
Perform quality audits during and after installation
Handle documentation and government approval processes
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams and project stakeholders
Provide regular updates on project progress and issues
Eligibility Criteria Education
10th (Distinction) or 12th (PCM/PCMB with A grade)
ITI (Electrician / Fitter / Turner / Welder) - Govt institute preferred
Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / ENTC)
Suryamitra Training Programme (preferred)
Experience
Freshers (Suryamitra certified preferred)
OR 1+ year experience in solar installation/execution
Required Skills Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of solar systems and installation
Understanding of site surveys and shadow analysis
Knowledge of electrical safety and hazard management
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Behavioral Skills
Robust communication skil
