We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations for our Europe-based warehouses. This role will involve managing inventory reconciliation, repack operations, inbound/outbound logistics, and resolving issues related to purchase orders (POs), invoicing, stock reallocations, and customer disputes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP logistics modules , warehouse management systems (WMS) , and robust project management skills. You will work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize transportation, inventory management, and logistics processes across multiple European countries.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 10 logistics specialists across various European countries, ensuring productive supply chain operations, effective transport management, and optimal warehouse performance.
Develop and monitor KPIs for team performance and logistics efficiency, reviewing and improving targets regularly to meet business goals.
Train and mentor team members ,
fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and efficiency across logistics operations.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders , including suppliers, warehouse teams, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on logistics objectives, compliance, and seamless operations across European markets.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with trade, procurement, supply planning, and warehouse teams to improve communication, reduce ATP (Available-to-Promise) cuts, and optimize order fulfillment.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review performance metrics, resolve bottlenecks, and align on supply chain goals, driving operational improvements.
Lead SAP implementation for logistics modules , managing the integration with WMS systems and supporting the setup of new SAP plants.
