Social Media Executive (1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts (images, reels, videos, captions)
Plan and execute content calendars
Monitor trends and create relevant content
Engage with followers (comments, DMs, replies)
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams
Run basic paid ad campaigns (optional but preferred)

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
Content writing and captioning skills
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva:
Understanding of hashtags, trends, and engagement strategies
Creativity and robust communication skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media,



or related field (preferred)
1 year of experience (internships/freelance included)
Portfolio or sample social media work

Preferred Skills
Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts)
Knowledge of social media ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
Understanding of branding and audience targeting

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,580.33 - ₹25,948.23 per month
