Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to premature and critically ill newborns admitted to the NICU.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare specialists to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and update medical records accurately and timely.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace that adheres to hospital standards.
