We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst I to join our Global GBS - Supply Planning team at Kraft Heinz Company. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility
Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems within the scope of the role.
Collaborate with peers to update job knowledge and contribute to team goals.
Receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Work in rotational shifts as required by the business.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

Job Requirements




Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
Proven experience in supply planning or a related field, with a solid understanding of supply chain principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Robust communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
