Information Security GRC Analyst
Applause is looking for an Information Security / GRC Analyst to join our team. The heart of our business a SaaS platform that enables our hundreds of thousands of in-the-wild testers to provide quick and meaningful feedback to the world s largest app-creating companies. Position Responsibilities :
Handle information security and data privacy requests from the business effectively and in a timely manner, while validating policy and technical requirements are being satisfied
Regularly monitor, investigate, and suggest tuning improvements to alerting within the internal control setting
Contribute to information security team analysis and planning efforts, making process and configuration suggestions
Gather data on the existing state of the setting
Execute day-to-day operational tasks in support of overall security and Applause s global compliance program objectives




Contribute to vendor technical analyses, ensuring outsourced capabilities meet security requirements and remain within specified risk tolerances.

Requirements :
2+ years of dedicated information security and technical compliance experience
BS degree or equivalent experience
Experience working with technical controls supporting SOC2, GDPR, ISO27001, and other regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills that drive efficient outcomes
Firm understanding of networking and operating system concepts
Familiarity with Cloud-based Infrastructure
Experience interacting with a development team to scope issues and understand events is a plus
Experience identifying and specifying security improvements for configurations of cloud, network, and other technical infrastructure
Other duties as assigned
