Patient Coordinator - Dental Clinic

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator with prior dental clinic experience (mandatory) to manage patient communication, treatment coordination, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient appointments and treatment schedules
Explain treatment plans and assist with case acceptance
Follow up with patients regarding treatments and recalls
Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff
Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental clinic
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple patients and schedules efficiently

Location: Hyderabad
Salary: As per experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,780.84 per month
