We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for an Inbound Voice Process supporting Axis Bank customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries related to bank accounts, cards, and transactions
Provide accurate information and quality customer support
Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers can apply
Hindi language is mandatory
Basic English communication required
Telugu preferred
Basic computer knowledge required
Immediate joiners preferred
