Order Processing: Handling daily orders, logistics, and dispatch coordination.
Marketing Optimization: Running Ads and improving listing visibility to increase sales.
Account Management: Maintaining healthy seller accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliances.
Attending inquiry calls.
Sharing estimates with customers.
Sharing designs to the customers.
Order Tracking: follow up for order status.
Customer follow up.
Maintaining database and records of designs.
Stock Management
