Develop and manage MEP models in coordination with architectural and structural models.
Lead clash detection, coordination, and resolution processes using tools like Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360/ACC.
Generate detailed and accurate 3D MEP models in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with MEP design engineers and consultants to ensure BIM deliverables are fully aligned with design intent.
Support the creation of construction and shop drawings from BIM models.
Participate in project coordination meetings and BIM execution planning.
Maintain model integrity, version control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to company BIM standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
